I'd argue that this is easier to work with than black and white dev, as you've fewer variables - just make sure that your timing is good, and you've planned out everything in advance so that you don't go over time (I use post-its on the wall so I don't have to look at the manual while working). consisting of colour developer, bleach fix plus stabilizer for C-41 compatible processing of all colour negative films.
